New areas in economic zone of Janów

We are pleased to inform you about the fact that Janów Lubelski Commune included in its zone the news areas – a subzone had grown for 17 ha. The activity of The Point of Investor Service in City Council of Janów Lubelski resulted in expansion of Subzone Janów Lubelski of Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN of Tarnobrzeg.

Our investment areas are more popular. We proudly inform that in 2016 the grounds in The Investment Zone of Janów obtained a three companies from the food and metal industries – tell Mrs Elżbieta Iwankiewicz from The Point of Investor Service in Janów Lubelski.

We also talk with new potential investors, therefore a broadening makes us very happy – she adds.

The high degree of interest in our location result of the fact that we offer lands with the necessary infrastructure (electricity, gas, water supply, sewage system, access roads). It is also significant that Janów Lubelski is located in close proximity to the eastern border of the European Union which gives the prospect of opening a new market.

The Janów Lubelski Investment Zone “Borownica” is located on roads 74 and 19. For 2021 is planned to complete running through Janów Lubelski section of the expressway S19. It is the most important road connection running through the eastern province, as part of the “Via Carpatia” transport corridor linking the north and south of Europe.

Janów Lubelski tempt of incentives

The entrepreneurs who will invest in Janów Lubelski can count on tax relief on property offered by the Commune, and those who will use to locate their business in the special economic zone will be able to benefit from the preferential income tax relief of up to 70%.
