Lubelskie - Investor-Friendly Region
Hall of Fame 2017 is organised by CIJ Europe, the leading magazine focusing on the issues of the real estate markets of Central and South Eastern Europe. This is the second stage of the prestigious CIJ Awards competition organised with the main purpose of selecting winner companies, from developers to service providers in the European forum. The best of the best of the 6 European countries competed in the final. In the second edition of HoF (Hall of Fame) Awards 2017, the winners of CIJ Awards 2016 met each other, competing for Best of the Best HOF Award. This year it was Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia. This year's gala was held on April 6, 2017 at the Marriott Hotel in Prague.

The Marshal Office of the Lubelskie Voivodeship in Lublin has also been honoured and received the main award in the Investor-Friendly Region category. The title for the investor-friendly region was granted for the first time ever! The award was collected by Aleksander Czechowski and Krzysztof Buczyński - representatives of Biznes Lubelskie team, who are responsible for investor assistance during their daily work. Winners from Lubelskie congratulated other winners and emphasized that our region is constantly developing and attracting more and more new investments. Above all, they encouraged all entrepreneurs to invest in our region - the region that is friendly to investors.

More than 300 real estate experts from 17 countries attended the HoF Awards 2017 for Central and Eastern Europe. This year's jury was comprised of the most famous real estate CEOs, as well as the directors, associations, and readers of CIJ Europe. There was also a possibility to vote for interested market experts.
CIJ Awards
During the formal gala, which was held on November 9 in Westin Warsaw Hotel, Lubelskie Voivodship received the CIJ Award 2016 in the Investor-Friendly Region category. CIJ Awards is the first stage of an international competition which has been organized for 15 years in the commercial real estate market in Poland. The CIJ Awards are awarded as a recognition of achievements in all major property market categories, including: advisers, developers and investors.
